Shipment Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders placed via our website are subject to a processing period of 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes the tracking number and estimated delivery window.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
For orders shipped within India, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location (metropolitan areas tend to be faster).
Remote or rural locations may require up to 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods (e.g., festivals).
4. International Shipping
At present, we ship to selected international destinations. Please check at checkout whether your country is supported.
International orders may take 10–20 business days (or more) depending on customs, local duties/taxes, and shipping service chosen.
Any customs, import duties, local taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume of the package, and selected shipping method.
We sometimes offer free shipping for orders above a certain threshold—please check any active promotions.

7. Shipping Delays & Lost / Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so that we can initiate claims with the carrier and assist you.
